We understand that visiting a church can be exciting, but there can also be uncertainties. Here at Mount Calvary, we want to address some questions you may have to help ease those concerns.
WHO WE ARE:
Mount Calvary Baptist Church is a group of ordinary people who want to honor our Lord Jesus Christ and encourage each other to grow in our walk with Him.
WHAT ARE SERVICES LIKE:
Whether it is through the music, prayer or preaching, God's word is at the center of all we do here at Mount Calvary. Each service includes a time of prayer, fellowship, preaching and giving. The sermons are built on God’s Word, not the pastor's ideas, and aim at transforming our lives to be more like Jesus Christ.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK:
We have two parking lots near the church. One lot across the street will lead you straight to our front door, while the other lot sits on the side of the church office and convenient to the sidewalk that leads you straight to our front door.
WHERE SHOULD I GO WHEN I ENTER THE BUILDING
We have members of our Welcome Team located at the doors who would be happy to help you find where you need to go.
DO YOU PROVIDE CHILDCARE:
Clean, well-staffed nurseries for infants and toddlers are provided during Sunday's church services, as well as a Children's Church which is dismissed following the worship, fellowship, and giving portions of our Sunday morning services.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR:
As a church, we gather to worship the Lord and want to dress in a way that honors God. You'll find people dress in various ways, but again our aim is to honor Him even in how we dress.
